Before you go to a regular body shop, get an estimate from Dents by Hand. I arrived home one rainy evening last month to discover that someone had opened their door right into the left rear side of my Audi A6. This was no small dent, but a significant 4-6" crease right at the "edge-line" of the vehicle. I went to two body shops and they quoted over $600.00. After getting referred to Dents-by-Hand, they gave me a quick estimate and seemed very confident that they could do the job. On the day of the repair, I dropped my car off and that afternoon (as promised) the car was ready (they even washed the whole car). Wow, they did a fantastic job, you would never know that there had been a problem. The staff was warm and friendly and the shop was clean and well organized.

I have taken my Audi to Mike Hand twice for dents. I had received an estimate to repair the first one - $800 and the repair shop would need the car for several days (and the paint may not match). I've taken my car to Dents by Hand twice and both times I've been more than satisified with the work. It took less than one hour each time and at a fee considerably less than quoted by the body shop. The body panels look like new and you'd never know they had a dent. I have recommended Mike Hand to my friends and family and will continue to do so. His work is absolutely the best!
