Dents by Hand has a hail response team that will help run a hail storm from start to finish. There are three crucial parts to working with a body shop:
- Estimating: Dents by Hand will estimate the cars using its insurance approved price guide. This will help reduce any supplements and down times on vehicles.
- Scheduling: Dents by Hand will work on the body shops schedule. The cars can only get repaired properly by using the guidelines of the shop. This reduces extended car rental, and additional time that a car may be down for unnecessary reasons
- Repairs: Each car will be thoroughly quality controlled by the Dents by Hand manager. Each car will have a written lifetime warranty upon completion.
